Attached and paired houses of new construction
The urbanization occupies a peripheral position within the urban land of Sant Joan de Moró. Its condition as urban edge or consolidated soil finishing, favored a direct contact with nature and the provision of attractive views.
The proposals present a solution adapted to the semi-detached semi-detached residential typology, and to the specific characteristics of the different blocks. Between the built volumes there are free spaces of plots that allow to establish a visual communication between the public green area, that exists in the center of the performance, and the landscape that develops towards the west. The architectural language was intended to be contemporary and made of simple lines, within the constructive solutions proposed by the developer and the economic limitations imposed.
