The City Council of Todolella (Castellón) has provisionally approved the Special Provision Plan for Non-Developable Land and has sent the file to the Territorial Planning Commission for final approval. The city council entrusted the drafting of the plan to AUG-ARQUITECTOS SLP, a company that also drafted the Master Plan of the municipality years ago, in order to achieve several objectives. The action also responds to the postulates of the European Network for Rural Development (REDR), the Measures Plan for the Demographic Challenge of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, the AVANT 20-30 strategy – Valencian Anti-Depopulation Strategic Plan and the Valencian Plan for infrastructures and social services 2021-2015 “CONVIVINT”.
When this Special Plan is definitively approved, the Todolella City Council will have taken a decisive step in achieving a public provision space, but open to private cooperation, which will be able to house various facilities, among which a residence for the elderly and disabled people who will have large open areas around them, in a privileged environment.
