AUG-ARQUITECTOS, SLP is drafting several puntual planning modifications whose evolution is favorable, in all cases. Some of the modifications have a more content scope, while others pursue more complex objectives, by taking advantage of the modification process to include different objectives. Although with the modifications introduced in the valencian urban legislation in recent years, the environmental evaluation and the definitive approval of the planning modifications that can be resolved by the Local Administration has been significantly simplified, any urban processing is still a complex process for a city council with scarce economic and human resources. This complexity, which entails tensions and an added workload for those responsible for the city council, advises taking advantage of the same urban process to address different issues, provided that the scope of the modifications remains within the scope of the simplified evaluation and the final municipal approval. , as is the case of the different modifications to which we refer. That is to say, for a matter of economy and as long as there is no concrete justification that may force to process a Specific Modification of the general planning with a single objective, it is preferable to wait for what is necessary and accumulate a set of small corrections, to process them simultaneously. This has been the spirit with which the specific modifications of the Catadau plan (in Valencia) and Navajas, Bejís and Fuentes de Ayódar (in Castellón) have been approached and these are the reasons that explain the grouping of several objectives in the same instrument.
