On April 7, 2021, the Detailed Ordination Plan of Torrechiva, drawn up by AUG-ARQUITECTOS, SLP has been registered in the Autonomous Register of Urban Planning Instruments, making this municipality the first in the Valencian Community to obtain approval and registration of the Master Plan and the Detailed Management Plan, adapted to Law 5/2014, of July 25, on Land Management, Urban Planning and Landscape, of the Valencian Community (LOTUP). The almost seven years that have elapsed since the entry into force of the law and the approval of the first plan fully adapted to it, highlight the complexity of the process.
The success achieved with this work and the satisfaction that it produces, are added to the impression that it is necessary to continue working on the simplification of urban procedures, since a society cannot be competitive when the achievement of such a simple objective becomes a daunting task and almost impossible to overcome.
