The works of the new-build house in Rubielos de Mora (Teruel), designed by Rosa Briso de Montiano García, are nearing completion. Two years of work and careful execution, carried out by professionals from the same town and elsewhere, and the attentive construction management, with almost a hundred visits, are allowing to achieve the objectives set out in the project. The house, even under a blanket of snow, stands out for the power of the roof apron, with a single water, which allows it to be distinguished within the urban landscape. The interior presents spaces of great visual permeability, adapted to the needs of the promoters, who made a great deposit of confidence in the ideas that the author was transferring to them, from the beginning of the works.
