The autonomous environmental body of Castilla La Mancha, issued last February 6, the Scope Document of the Master Plan (POM) of Alcalá del Júcar. With this document, which outlines the content of the Strategic Environmental and Territorial Study that will accompany the Preliminary Version of the POM and offers a series of indications on certain aspects to be considered in the POM, this can continue its preparation and processing. Together with the Scope Document, the environmental body has provided the city council with various sectoral reports issued during the preparation of said document, which will help to adjust the management model further.
Once this first phase of the strategic environmental and territorial evaluation, which will be carried out by the ordinary regime, has been completed, and from the moment the Urban Planning Service issues the Concertación report, the POM drafting work will continue, addressing the drafting of the Preliminary Version of the same and its related documents, which will be exposed to the public and submitted to citizen participation and consultation of all the sectoral administrations involved in this type of process.
