In the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha of June 24, 2019 has been published the Resolution of 06/10/2019, of the General Directorate of Housing and Urban Development, which approves the delimitation of each of the areas of regeneration and urban or rural renewal selected and its financing charged to the subsidies regulated in Order 115/2018 of July 4, of the Ministry of Development. In accordance with this resolution and from the Memory Program prepared by AUG-ARQUITECTOS, SLP for the municipality of Alcalá del Júcar, it will benefit from an aid of 1.33 million euros, of the total of 6.34 million, granted for all the community of Castilla La Mancha. The Memory Program presented by de Alcalá del Júcar is the one that has achieved the second best score in the report-proposal report of the Technical Assessment Commission of May 28, 2019, which has been decisive to obtain such assistance. This subsidy is added to the 1.4 million euros destined to palliate the damages by landslides of the year 2016, according to a proposal of action financed by the central administration, the autonomic one, the Provincial Delegation of Albacete and the own city council of Alcalá of the Júcar, signed in March 2019.
