The municipality of Turís (Valencia) has received all necessary documentation to initiate the public presentation of the preliminary version of the General Structural Plan and related documents, including those relative to environmental and territorial strategic assessment. It thus achieves one of the goals set by the writing team and the new corporation. The development of this general plan has had to overcome the difficulties inherent to a municipality where the occupation rules of undeveloped land have been developed outside the law in recent decades, creating a scene of great complexity and unsustainable, with hundreds of illegal dwellings in rural land and hypertrophy of disjointed developments.
