After nearly five years, they have successfully completed the complex transactions and construction facilities “Maralba, Motor y Ocio, SL” in Les Useres (Castellón). This is a unique driving school in Valencian Community in its approach which, thanks to the tireless drive of its promoters,was launched while the economic crisis was in full swing. The facilities include a ground circuit for kartcross, an asphalt circuit, a concrete braking track and a practicing sandbox track 4×4, which constitute a full and variegated scenery for motorsport. In the implementation of the facilities their integration in their natural setting has been given priorityy, as well as their adaptation for the disabled. All the procedures and formalities of urban and technical type have been developed by AUG-ARQUITECTOS, SLP.
