With the proclamation of the Law of Territorial Planning, Urbanism and Landscape in the Valencian Community it is possible to point out in its text some gaps and inconsistencies, but also some progress. This article discusses some of these, emphasizing the importance of the announcement of the constitution of the Land Protection Agency.
