The phenomenon of “housing boom” in Spain and its serious consequences following the bursting of the housing bubble, both environmental and economic, have caused certain areas of society and public administration to learn the lesson and reorient their policies or to establish deterrent mechanisms to prevent a recurrence of such a disastrous phenomenon. But there are still people and institutions that seem not to have drawn the same conclusions.
