The regional administration, after nearly four years of work, has sent to the Valencian Parliament the final draft of a bill intended to replace the entire complex regulatory framework for territorial planning, urban planning and landscape in the Valencian Community, while standardizing it with the state environmental legislation. However, and contrary to what was expected, it seems that -save for last minute corrections- the new law will leave again the municipalities of the Rural System in the same precarious situation and overregulation that they are still suffering.
