Declaration of Community Interest in Regularization (DIC-R)
This project seeks, under the protection of the provisions of the twenty-fourth transitional provision of the Consolidated Text of the Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape Law of the Valencian Community (TRLOTUP), dedicated to the “Regularization of industrial activities on non-developable land” , the urban planning authorization through a declaration of community interest for the regularization of a rabbit slaughterhouse that has been carrying out its activity on a plot of non-developable land, in the municipality of Gaibiel (Castellón) and is a fundamental company for the economic sustainability of the municipality.
The urban planning authorization that will be obtained with the DIC-R is a prior step for the subsequent request and obtaining of the environmental and operating authorization for the activity required by Law 6/2014, of July 25, of the Generalitat, on prevention. , quality and environmental control of activities in the Valencian Community, as authorized by the twenty-fourth Transitional Provision of the TRLOTUP, on the Regularization of industrial activities on non-developable land in its section 1.
The activity was not included in any group of the catalog of activities potentially polluting the atmosphere (Annex II of Decree 833/75) and has been in operation in existing buildings since 1984.
