The municipality of Catadau (Valencia) has all the necessary documentation to initiate the public exposure of the preliminary version of the Master Plan and related documents, including all those relative to environmental and territorial strategic assessment. It thus achieves one of the goals set by the writing team and the new corporation, which required the introduction of some changes in the previous version in order to adapt the plan to its political vision. The provision of a new planning in this municipality is of paramount importance, given the serious deficiencies in the current Subsidiary Regulations and the difficult situation confronting the town council while these remain in force.
