The technical complexity of the legal framework in which territorial planning and urban activity takes place in Spain leads to absurd and sometimes comical situations. This article discusses some of the theorems that the experience of our architects has led them to make. These theorems and other curious laws are certainly applied to other aspects of life and are detected with the same intensity in different countries.
