Several factors are influencing the behavior of those who are part of the Valencian public administration in charge of protecting the urban and regional planning. The prosecution of many records, the complexity of the same, political corruption and exposing officials to criticism of the media have taken a toll on many of them, leading to a position in which the objective is maximum to survive.
