The Environmental Assessment Commission, in a session held on July 23, 2020, agreed to issue the Scope Document of the Strategic Environmental and Territorial Study of the Zoning Plan and Homologation to the LOTUP of the Not able for urbanise Land of Benaguasil (Valencia, Spain), facilitating with this the continuation of the processing. This file will allow the LOTUP to homologate all the undeveloped land in the municipality and to reclassify one or several sectors of industrial land that can be developed, which will promote the reactivation of the local economic fabric.
