The Environmental Assessment Commission, in a session held on July 23, 2020, agreed to issue the Scope Document of the Strategic Environmental and Territorial Study of the Detailed Ordination Plan of Rotglà i Corberà (Valencia, Spain). With the issuance of this report and after the same Commission issued an analogous document, relative to the General Structural Plan, the continuation of the processing and joint presentation of the two plans, that is, the General Structural Plan and the Plan of Detailed Management. The AUG-ARQUITECTOS, SLP team has already started the necessary actions to begin to outline the content of both plans and to be able to compare it with the local government team and with the municipal technicians, in a future coordination meeting. The new planning will adapt all its determinations to current legislation and will make it possible to overcome the situation generated after the declaration of nullity of the PGOU approved in 2008, by sentence No. 48/2014 dated January 28, 2014, of the First Section of the Chamber of Administrative Litigation, of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community.
