DESCRIPTION
The client approached AUG-ARQUITECTOS, SLP with the task of preparing the necessary documentation to obtain, through a Declaration of Community Interest, the attribution of use and exploitation for a service area at exit 255 of the A-3 Highway , Madrid – Valencia, belonging to the Red de Carreteras del Estado, in the municipality of Villargordo del Cabriel (Valencia).
At the wish of the client, with extensive experience in the sector, a service area was designed with a comprehensive offer of services, including the full adaptation of the facilities to the disabled and the use of constructive, environmentally sustainable techniques.
