Commercial Business Park.
The Parque Sur Commercial Park occupies a border position in the city of Castellón, bounded by the main access to the city from the A-7 motorway, to which it is directly connected. This situation gives the warehouses the status of urban façade and, therefore, a scenario on which it is justified to make a special effort in the design of the warehouses that will occupy the blocks.
Quality and careful design have been sought in the proposal. An attempt was made to create a set of simple lines and a certain “formal forcefulness”, in the sense of taking the solutions to their physical and conceptual extremes. All this, solved constructively by means of a clean and direct contact of the materials used in construction: concrete, steel, aluminum and glass.
